Thumbs up Pay it forward: In The Gravest Extreme, by M. Ayoob

I am looking to cast a copy of In The Gravest Extreme into the void, hoping it'll hop from person to person until it falls apart from good use.

This is one of Massad Ayoob's classic books on the realities of self-defense and the justifiable use of deadly force. Well worth the read, if you've never done so. A bit dated in places, but otherwise it's exceptional coverage of a tough topic.

Am looking for a DC member who:

    • Has never read this book;
    • Is ready to read it now; and
    • Will forward it to another person (here) who will do the same.

    Sound like you?

The first "I'll take it" gets it.

    Thoughts: Justifiable self defense (A.O.J.).

I'd like to get on the list as well.

Knowledge should be shared and I think ccw9mm is doing a great thing with this "Pay it forward" book club.

    Thanks

    So far it looks like...

    rhinokrk
    glocker1926
    nedrgr21
    LongRider
    TheRogue
    Dal1Celt
    Faitmaker

I like rhinokrk's idea of signing it... Maybe with our forum "handle." Maybe put the state you live in also.

I'll do that in the other book that's coming too.

I'd be interested in getting in on this.

I would also, like all the others, sign and date and put the appropriate information.
