Some time ago I saw some videos presented by a young woman, I believe in Texas, who had had a CC permit and left her gun in the car due to a 30.06 sign at a resturant and her father was killed while they were eating.
She is now a speaker for hand gun rights.
Does anyone know her name and how do I find these videos?

Actually, that's not quite what happened.
She is a chiropractor and concealed carry was not legal in Texas at the time of the shooting. She didn't carry her gun into Luby's because she was concerned about losing her license to practice if it was discovered; as she said later, she would have been happy to lose it if she could have saved her parents.
She later served in Congress.

Shes a hell of a lady. It was her "speech" she made to the powers that be In Austin that helped pass the CCW laws here in Texas.
