Congratulations, Pax! That's awesome. As somebody who probably wouldn't tell anybody if I were working on a book, I think you get a big pass on the modest introduction.

May you and your book find much success!

(E-Mail sent for an autographed copy, too.)

I'll read Chapter 7 next. I also bought "The Ayoob Files" and have been looking at others from our gun-loving sisters and brothers and others.

I finished it last night. I will have to honestly admit that this book might even be more truthful and useful than Richard Marcinko's "ROGUE WARRIOR" novel, "Dictator's Ransome"; although, as usual, the Rogue Warrior endures and faces and raises hell, he reminds me so much of myself.

Pax (darn it's weird for me to call someone else by that name on the internet)...

Just read "Lessons" for the first time and am now beginning the second reading. I will be recommending this book to gunners, non-gunners and even (or possibly especially) anti-gunners. I expected it to be good (I have been using your writings on TCC as an example of an intelligent and responsible gunner for about a year now), but, after reading it, my response is simply "wow". This very well may be the most effective book on the defensive mindset I have seen.
Gun Control: The theory that a woman found dead in an alley, raped and strangled with her panty hose, is somehow morally superior to a woman explaining to police how her attacker got that fatal bullet wound.

    Pax,

    You made my day. Thanks.

(You think it's weird to type "pax" addressed to someone else? Check this out: I just finished writing an article reviewing "The Pax," a holster purse from Galco [designed by Paxton Quigley]. That was odd, no doubt about it...)

Pax, just finished reading Lessons from Armed America. My compliments. WELL DONE and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
