Pictures of PPS (9mm) and PK380

This is a discussion on Pictures of PPS (9mm) and PK380 within the Defensive Carry Guns forums, part of the Defensive Carry Discussions category; The XDm shoots softer, straighter, easier and more naturally, more accurately to me than any other polymer pistol I've handled. (just my $.02)...

i like whatever fits in my hand and gives me a very good grip-thats important for aim and follow up shots. i like walthers they are unique and i love SIGs but i love Rugers best of all. Rugers are good pistols even if i was a millionaire i would still carry a Ruger Pistol.

    PPS

I have a PPS, XDm, and P22 (close in size to PK380). I was thinking hard about a PK380, love the P22 feel in the hand. Have you looked at the P99c? I would add the P99c to your list as well. The XDm is a great shooter and my HD goto and fav at the range. The PPS is what I carry and it also shoots well and great to carry.

I've held the PPS and boy is slim! felt good in the hand and I bet it is a great little shooter, and it is slim!

I know I my get yelled at but I think it isn't pretty, but it doesn't need to be, but it sure is slim! I like it, but love my Sig and Smith.

Did I mention it is slim?

i may be a fan boy, but i like the way my pps looks, but i like big girls to, so each to his own.

It is slim, but slightly bigger and heavier than the Karh pm9 and kt pf9. The extra weight makes it a fun gun at the range to. It doesn't kill your wrist and get nice follow up shots.

Mine with a Comp-tac MTAC does not print at all.

I really like my PPS in 9mm---shoots well, reliable and very thin---not so much recoil. I also like my Kahr CW-9 for all the same reasons---and yeah the PPS is not a pretty gun, but it works so who cares.

It makes you look like a pro! When I bought my PK380 I really didnt know what to expect. I just knew it "felt good" in my hands and I wanted a good CCW that was smaller than a typical 9mm. My fear was that a smaller gun might be more difficult to shoot... boy was I wrong!

Either I am a "really good shot" or the Walther PK380 shot very accurately. My "gun-buddy" was REALLY impressed with my shootin' and I also told him that I hadnt shot a gun in years... first time out I looked like a pro.

So dont ask my opinion about how this gun shoots... I will just gloat about how good I am, and how accurate this gun really is.

If you cant hit your target(s) it dont matter what you shoot!
This gun has instilled even MORE confidence in me if/when SHTF!

Very impressed with this gun. That is why I would consider the PPS as well as the 3.8 XDm.

Jury still out on both of these guns.... I haven't made my mind up yet!

Nice pics, and yeah I am a photographer---you have made a rather plain looking pistol look good.
