What do you guys think about this? I was at the store thinking about buying an XDm when I came across the P250 2SUM. You get two frames, slides and barrels with one trigger mechanism. The Full sized and subcompact. Sig calls it the "modular" design. I like the idea of being able to have the multiple guns of the same design. In this case, literally the same gun.
Does anyone have this yet?

I own the P250 in 40cal and love shooting it. I personally would not compare it to the XDm, mainly because of the difference in trigger pull. Now, if you are looking for value and really want the P250, then I would suggest that you know what the MSRP is on this combo and look for the best deal possible. IMO, if you get this set for less than $800, you did good. If you love the XDm, go for it and don't look back. Good luck with your choice.

I have a P250 2SUM in 9mm and have been pretty happy with it. I just ordered up a .40 compact kit, so soon I'll have a few different sizes and two different calibers to choose from. I like feel of the pistol and am carrying the subcompact quite often.

I have a 250 Compact, and it's flawless so far. I really love the gun. I just ordered (on back order) the sub-compact kit, 'cause I think the sub might serve me better, for carry. If it works out, I'll try to sell the compact as a "kit" later.
