    LCR impulse buy.............

Well guys I couldnt help but walk in to the the local gun shop yesterday. And I couldnt resist the LCR calling my name. Picking up a new snubbie was the last thing that I thought was going to happen yesterday. And all I kept thinking was "Man Im gonna be in trouble when I get home!" haha! Now I need to take it to the range. This gun was 100% impulse buy!

Tell me some of your impulse buy stories.

I wish I could impulse buy a $450 revolver... biggest impuse buy was my Beretta 950.... I though 200 bucks was a lot...
There is something about firing 4,200 thirty millimeter rounds/min that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Congrats on the new LCR. You will love the trigger on it. Mine is smooth as butter. Best trigger I ever pulled on a revolver.

Ah, an impulse buy. We've all done it. I think I've traded away more than I've kept. Hopefully, you did well with the LCR and it remains with you for sometime.

I impulse bought my XD40sc to be my christmas present from my wife... Saw it on the local classifieds for $400 with accessory kit and less than a box of ammo through it.

I also bought a Stevens .308 w/ scope, synth stock, and case for $150.. In immaculate condition. I had fun with it for a week or two and sold it for $350 in a few hours.

My next firearm purchase has been much investigated and researched... #2 in line is a wheel gun, so congrats to you i'm jealous!

Nice. If I were to get a revolver, it would be the LCR.

Mine was a S&W 1911 on sale for $750 NIB. The guy was good....Somehow I was depriving myself of a vital tool if I didn't buy it...looks great in the safe as i reach over it to get a carry gun...awesome gun though.

Went to the indoor range to do some shooting and came out with a Kimber CDP Pro used, less than 50 rounds thru it. The previous owners wife found out about it and made the guy "return" it.
