How do I shine my Satin Nickel Finish?
I have a CZ-75 Compact as my primary concealed carry gun. The problem is I use it regularly and its finish has dulled considerably. I would like to know what I should use to shine it up again and how I should use it.
Hopefully some of you have the satin nickel finish and know how to make it “pretty” again.

I'd recommend Flitz products.
I've used the Microfiber Polishing Cloth to clean heavy residue off a stainless revolver...don't know how it would work on your finish.
The polish has been great for the one revolver I have in nickel.
Welcome to FLITZ USA! : Flitzusa.com, Flitz Metal Plastic and Fiberglass Polish!
Good luck.

Just remember it's "plated" and not a stainless.

Just a warning . . . I was cleaning multiple guns, S&W revolver and a SIG P226 two tone. After the S&W was done I decided to remove some dirt off the Sig with the Flitz I was using on the stainless revolver. It did a great job on the dirt and took off the finish also.
I went the cheap way and had the local smith buff off the rest of the finish for a shiny slide, cost $35. Sig wanted $69 postage round trip and $150 to refinish the slide.

Todd at Customized Creationz refinishes slides for $50 in ceracoat.
If I gave a crap about what you think about my guns.....it was early this morning and I already flushed it!

I know the feeling of wanting to keep your guns as pristine as possible, and I believe in a clean gun. However, think about it. your carry piece is a working tool, not a "safe queen". It goes in harm's way every day. Someone once said if your carry piece doesn't have holster wear, you're not practicing enough. Any tool (and that's what a carry piece is) will get worn with use (not abuse). My Springfield XD9SC, only a few months old, is already showing holster wear around the muzzle. That's not wear, that's character.
