    Added to my family

So after shooting a buddys, and drooling over them for weeks I bought a M&P 40 today. I was going to wait for a while but I went to the local store and they had a used one that I was able to pick up for a good price. It was also exactly what I wanted because it was the LE version without the key or the magazine disconnect and I will likely be carrying this on duty after I get a holster and a few more mags for it.

I love my XD, so much so that I have converted several people at work into using them and getting rid of their glocks... But S&W may have just gotten my future business with this gun. I refused to even look at it for the longest time because my only experience with a S&W semi auto was a sigma a buddy bought. When I heard about the M&P I just assumed it was the same thing in a different package, since they did look somewhat similar. Gotta say I have nothing but good things to say about the M&P so far, I think I would have liked it alot less had it had the features I was able to opt out of.
