    My 1952 Colt Cobra

Hey guys I won this Colt cobra on gunbroker I got it for $430 and was wondering if this is a good price? I've always loved the Colt cobra and I've owned a few of them, but never one this vintage. It was made in 1952 and it appears to be in very nice shape for its age. Let me know what you guys here think of it and you guys feel I paid a fair price for her.

The old Colt wheel guns are rapidly rising in price. I love my old Cobra. Looks like a good buy to me. On the old Colts pull the hammer back and hold it, now squeeze the trigger. While doing these two things take hold of the cylinder and see if there is any movement. Should be tight. Colts don't completely lock up until the trigger is in the fully retracted position. You've got a keeper there I'll bet.

Thanks for posting photos of that great Colt revolver. That's an early one and looks nice with it's period correct grips. You got into it right!

Nice gun, if you ever decide to, you should not have a problem selling it for what you paid for it.
