Glock help!!!!!

i have detail stripped hundreds ( literally ) of glocks and know em like the back of my hand, however on my newest g23, the trigger pin ( thickest of the three pins ) will not push out... i have yet to start banging on it with a mallet as they usually can be pushed out with relative ease and i am wondering if maybe im missing something? i tried wiggling the slide release, prying ( gently ) on the lug, all to no avail.. do i just go at it with a mallet?

i feel kinda dumb asking questions about one of the simplest guns on the market, however i would rather not break my baby..


and old die hard glock guys/girls have this happen?
