I've decided on my next purchase

Not sure If it will replace my PT145 and PT709 for carry but I'll carry it for a bit to see if I like packing a revolver. 5 shots and a slow reload is a down grade in fire power but stone cold reliability is a upgrade in confidence. Barring any unforeseen circumstances Iíll probably pick it up next week. The other upside is my dad reloads .38 and you can be pretty much sure reloads will work with a revolver!

I've been thinking about picking one of those up myself.
    I love the SP101

Very nice. You should like it. I don't go in for revolvers much myself, but that is one I have tried.

Let us know how it goes.

    Good luck.

Exactly what my brother carries. You are correct, great confidence in the reliability and nice acuracy upgrade with the CT grips. He almost has me convinced to pull the craig spegels off my 642 for CTs.

Yep, with the CT's on it I think I will feel a lot better about having 5 shots.

Nice! I picked up a 3" after a looong wait, and now that I've got it, I haven't gotten to go to the range in an almost equally looong while.

You'll love it. 38s out of it are smooth as silk for practice. I carry Speer Gold Dots .357 mag for CC. For me, an inexpensive nylon IWB works great. The cylinder rides just below the belt and the thinnest part of the frame under the belt. The grip rides just above the belt and doesn't print at all.
