Any body have any experience with a Para Ordinance Nite Hawg, Wart Hawg or Carry 12+1. The look real nice and for a .45 hold lots of rounds. Are they small enough for CC? Any one ever fired one?![]()

Any body have any experience with a Para Ordinance Nite Hawg, Wart Hawg or Carry 12+1. The look real nice and for a .45 hold lots of rounds. Are they small enough for CC? Any one ever fired one?![]()
Not much useful info in my rambling reply here, just anecdotal...
Never fired one, but held/examined a friend's ParaOrd 14-rounder, don't know the exact model name. It was kind of bulky compared to a regular 1911 of course, and he wanted to sell it because he says it's a real pain to field strip for some reason...

Para has had a lot of quality control issues in the past. Proceed with caution.

The whole PARA line is rather innovative and ahead of its time....ON PAPER. Their finishes are crap and as Sixto said QC as been an issue for several years.
