cz 82 sear spring/auto safety
this is probably not new to anyone here but i can't get the sear spring to fit into the auto safety correctly to leave tension between the two. I don't understand where the spring is supposed to go, I read that there is a crease on the auto safety but I only see a hole, and i think it might fit through the hole. anyways, can anyone describe how the spring is supposed to fit in? i can do everything else on this firearm except that.

Experience pays!
Just had to take it apart, didn't you?
There's a couple of ways to do it, and it took me about 20 tries the first time I did it! It gets easier with experience.
Use toothpicks to align and hold parts in place until the pins are installed.
The hammer strut kept falling out on me, and it won't go back in without taking everything apart again. I suggest slapping a bit of blue tape on it to keep it in place, as well as other parts that tend to slip out (Hamer pin, disconnector pin, ejector pin, etc.).
Check here:
Captain of a Crew of One: CZ-82 Gunsmithing, Part 7
He installs it with the pistol upside down. I did it using the punch through the hole method. His way may be easier. It literally took me 20 times on the first pistol reassembly. I got it the second time with the second pistol.
Here's a link to the instructions I used:
CZ-82 Disassembly and Assembly
Both sites have pretty good pictures to go with the instructions.
Once you get it in, the job's half done. Wait till you get to the trigger spring!
Good luck; PM me if you need any help.
