I installed Trijicon's on my USPc , and XS big dots on my Kimber. For a carry piece, I'm now a fan of bigdots

I've used Trijicon, Meprolight, Novak and Heinie. All the same to me except Heinie's didn't have a white dot surrounding the tritium.

    XS Big Dots
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

I love my TruGlo TFO's much better than my Ameriglo. Fiber optic by day and Tritium by night. Bright too.

I have Trijicon's on both my 9mm's. Sig P228 and Glock 19. Glock came with them in '92 - Trijicon is replacing those for $54 this week and I had Meprolights on my Sig originally - I replaced them with Trijicon's yesterday. In other words I vote Trijicon!

Trijicons are in place on my XD45. I loved the brightness of TFO's but, after so many problems with light pipe fiber falling off, I am glad I went with Trijicons.
I am consistently on record and will continue to be on record as opposing concealed carry.

I've never had a bad experience with Trijicons... been using them for many years!

The only gun I have with them is my Glock 22 and I went with the standard Glock Night Sights. I haven't been disappointed but I must admit that I have never had a reason to shoot in low light conditions so all my experience is turning off the lights and looking at them wishing my wife would let me go to the range.

I must say though that for a night/low light engagement I am a fan of using a laser. My CCW (though I can't carry while I am stationed in Hawaii...yea it's a drag but hey, it's Hawaii) is a Sig 220 carry and I have a Laser Max sight on it. I like it because it gives me the option to be able to index the weapon accurately in low light without bringing the weapon into my line of sight. Check with local laws before trying to install one though.

What's the best is in the eye of the beholder (to paraphrase)

IMO, TRU GLO TFO (tritium fiber optic) work very well for me. I have them installed on my P229.

I do have Trijicon night sights on my P226...and they are starting to go.

I am able to pick-up the TFOs quicker than the Trijicons.

XS Big Dots on my G19. They use Trijicon viles and are very bright.
Find what you like best and practise.
