It is the approximate size in dimension to a P228/229, and that is a very popular gun for IWB CC. I carry a P228 on occasion IWB. With a good belt and holster, it should not be an issue.

I use a P220 full-size in an MTAC for IWB carry. No problems. When I carry my SAO version, I do find the safety lever digs in a bit, but no issues with the DA/SA version.

A good belt is a must.

I do it frequently and it's very doable. It's a heavy weapon so use a good belt!

I had a P220 but it is too thick to be practical or comfortable; Esp in hot and humid Florida. I can see carrying it in the winter, but IWB would not be my method of carrying it.

You should look for a holster that works for your lifestyle and your tolerance for carrying it.

I'm waiting for a CrossBreed Super Tuck Deluxe IWB holster for my Sig P228 (similar size as 220). I should know in a couple of weeks. I already have this holster for my Glock 19 and that combo works great. Hoping the Sig/CBST is as comfortable and works at least as well. I'll let you know. Also have a 5.11 belt and a Wilderness Instructor on the way in anticipation of this.

I do on occasion. Bought a nice UBG Canute holster from a forum member last year for my P220. Comfortable? Yes. Concealability in summer clothing for me is where more work needs to be done. Still.....lots of options out there. You'll get where you want to be no problem. It's only a matter of time.

Yes, in a SuperTuck. It's comfortable and well concealed, even in a t-shirt. I've never had a problem with comfort or concealment.

Yup, it can be done very easily and well with a good holster/belt combo.

Those I posted earlier are Milt Sparks VM-IIs. Here's a pic of a my TT Gunleather with a P-220R SAO:
Pure Kustom makes a very nice IWB holster as well.

I carried a P228 with a 5.11 Leather belt (Nylon insert, very sturdy) and a SuperTuck. With the right hardware, it is excellent.

P220 in a Supertuck - no problem. Just as comfortable as any full size handgun. It is just a matter of the right belt/holster rig.

I, like Thumper, also carry a 220 Carry Elite in Milt Sparks VMIIs. My EDC is a 220 Carry Elite and 2 extra mags also in a Milt Sparks dual mag carrier. Works just fine here in FL all year round. Wonderful holsters and accessories that are well worth the 6 month wait.

I have carried full size 220s in all stainless (also in Milt Sparks VMIIs) in the past but like the controllability and balance of the 220 Carry. As already stated, a sturdy belt is a necessity. I use a Beltman 1.5 inch belt (horse hide with no velcro or internal stiffener) and it has lasted for years so far.
