    Replacement Slide For Keltec P3AT

Has anybody purchased one from Keltec? I did not see one listed under common replacement parts. I emailed them and am awaiting a response. I'm looking to replace my pitted black one with a new hard chrome one!

    Thanks,

    J
If you're going to carry one weapon, might as well carry two, because as the saying goes, "Two is one, and one is none."

rather than email, why don't you call KT customer service at 321-631-0068 and get near instant answers. Email ain't always the quickest way to get an answer.

They have very nice people with good answers. Been there, done that.

call them. e-mails don't work. they might want you to the send the old/broken slide to them before they send you a new one. but if you slide is broken they will fix it with a new one.

You will probably have to send it in. The slide to frame fit is important.

My understanding is that Kel-Tec is very customer orientated. I would call them and ask for them to replace the slide under their lifetime warranty. I would offer to pay the difference for the upgrade to hard chrome. Can't hurt.

I just noticed that your post says you are from Palm Beach county, FL. Kel-Tec is manufactured in Cocoa, FL. Might be worth a field trip to the factory.

I called Kel-Tec and paid $90 plus shipping to get a new P3AT blued slide. I then shipped it off to John Fuselier to have it nickle electoplated for $30. It looks sweeeeet.

One in the same. Jack is a nickname. He asks that checks be made out to John.

thanks for the info. I'm planning to drive down to his shop (only about an hour and a half drive for me) some time this summer to have him do his magic on my wife's P32. Now I know how to make out the check. I never understood the nickname "Jack" in place of "John"..... same number of letters, same number of vowells, same number of consanants.
