10mm Folks, What are you EDC'ing?

The more I learn about this round, the more I like it. What are you folks carrying in 10mm?

What kind of options do I have for a service size weapon and a BUG?

    Thanks,

    J
If you're going to carry one weapon, might as well carry two, because as the saying goes, "Two is one, and one is none."

I have been thinking about picking up a 10MM as well. With differnt ammo you can cover just about any need.

Would love to hear some feedback on the EAA Witness Polymer carry in 10mm, if anyone has a range report on one.

My all the time woods gun, and occasional in town carry gun is a G-29. It's the same length heigh as a G19 or 23 with a wider slide and a little more weight. If I had a better holster I would CC more.

If I carry a 10 it is either my G20 or my all steel EAA Witness.

S&W 610 to remind everybody that revolvers are SD guns too. Double Tap 135gr and a couple spare moon clips and a Tuff Strip.

I had a Glock 20. If I were going back in the 10 MM business, it would be my choice. It was an accurate, reliable gun that feed hot to mild loads without a problem. I just hated scrounging for 10 MM ammo. IMHO 10 MM full power is the best self defense load ever put in production. I wish it had caught on better.

Thanks for the replies guys. I have yet to drink the Glock koolaid and I'm thinking the 20 will be the first drink!

What can I expect to pay for one used?

I see them in the 500-600 range used depending on what condition it's in.

I carry the G29SF and it's a (blast) to shoot.

I CC my G29. No problems with concealment. Carried at 4:00 in an IWB holster.

I own both, and they are my "woods gun". My G20C has night sights, extended mag release, and slide stop. It's set up with the 3.5lb trigger, and is also my hunting pistol.
My G29 has night sights, and it's a pleasure to EDC any time of the year. Winchester silver tips are my choice for overall performance. Ladies, and gentlemen 15+1 rounds of 10mm are A LOT OF FIREPOWER!.
