    Bersa Thunder .380 mods

The trigger on the Bersa is pretty smooth but had some creep. So I polished the trigger sear and hammer sears and now is really smooth. Easy mod with a dremel and some Flitz.

Also been wanting a flat base mag to drop in my pocket easier so I took a spare mag I bought and trimmed the finger extension. Works pretty good. Just thought I would post for you Bersa fans.

Sweet!!! I've got the Thunder 9UC and I have 4 mags and they all have the grip extension (which I personally don't care for). Can you buy flas base plates for Bersa mags or do they all come with pinky extensions? I'm going to consider doing this with one of my mags for CC purposes. Thanks for posting the pic and sharing the idea.

I have looked everywhere for a flat base magazine and flat base plate and found nothing so I tried the trim mod. Carried today with easier access and comfort.

How did you trim the extension? A belt sander?

A band saw would work (I have one in my garage), just leave a little room to sand it down smooth and round the edges.
