Personally I'd have to pass on it. The recoil of a .357 Mag in something that small is going to hurt. Even shooting .38 Special isn't going to be any fun.

    I have a .38 derringer. I think that a .357 would be a handful.

Wonder why he's trying to unload it?
They had a reputation for breaking the firing pin system incororated in them. Heavy gun and only 4 shots. Break type action, which means not all that strong. Nice paperweight
Money spent on a good revolver ( 357 mag to shoot 38 spl) would be a better choice
Just my .02 worth, but I'd pass on it if It were me.

I've shot one before. It functioned OK but, it was an odd shooting firearm.
I didn't like it at all. My old boss had one and wanted to sell it.
He had an ill fitting ankle holster for it.
    Interesting novelty firearm.
Possibly some future collector value. ???
You could shoot .38 SPL in it but, then you're better off with a J-Frame wheelie.

I'd pass on it though due to no spare parts or holster availability.

I don't think I'd like the recoil at all, and I'm not fond of the pepperbox anyway but this line from the link......."Manufactured by the now defunct COP Inc." would give me pause as well. Just my two cents.

A "friend" bought one years ago and decided that I should be the first one to shoot his new toy. So loaded up with 4 rounds of .357 I took aim and pulled the trigger. I can't really describe what happen next because I've never felt anything like it before or since then.

It seems that this wonderful engineering marvel had fired ALL 4 rounds at once. The gun broke open and threw empties every where. I on the other hand threw the pos about 50 ft. and proceded to use a form of language I had never used before.

Apparently what had happened was the one firing pin that was in (battery?) pierced the primer on it's round causing the burning powder to escape to the rear and causing the remaining 3 firing pins to go forward.BOOM.

    In a nutshell, no don't.

No offense, but this is by far the funniest thing I've ever read on here!

    +1

I hate a .357 Mag from a light weight snub (reg snub np). I never want to fire off 4 .357 Mags at once, so if there is a chance, no thanks.
