I carry a full sized 1911. Really, you need a good gun rig, not just a holster, but a belt too, and you can conceal just about any gun you want. And you have to dress appropriately. I can conceal my 1911 in jeans and a t-shirt, but if I buy xl t-shirts instead of large like I usually wear, it works better. You aren't going to conceal a full sized pistol if you only wear board shorts and "wifebeaters" (not saying you do, just giving an example.

Find a gun you like, and then ways to conceal it.

It depends of which platform you want and if you like Commander sized 1911’s. An alloy framed Commander sized 1911 is very easy to conceal - much easier than a G21 - and you do not need to wear oversized clothes. IMO it is also easier to conceal than the G19, and if you change the original grips and put slim ones then it is even easier. You can conceal almost any handgun you want, but it depends if you are willing to dress around the gun or not; I am not.

My Sigma can conceal a lot better than my M&P. Good pistol, easy take down, and fun to shoot.

Any pistol can be concealed. The question is how much effort are you going to put into it?

Do you want to fit it into your current mode of dress? Or are you willing to change your dress code to hide your weapon?

OMO, but the easiest full size weapon to conceal is a 1911.

I agree on the 1911. You won't find a slimmer pistol in out there in any caliber from 9mm and up. Various Glocks in 9mm and .40 arent much wider than a 1911 either, and are fairly short from the top of the slides to the bottom of the dust covers.

It's not a large / full-size gun, but I thought I'd mention it for its remarkably slim width.

Accuracy ALWAYS WINS! So carry what you can hit with.

If you find yourself in a fair fight your tactics stink.

You can conceal almost anything if you have the body type and wear right type of clothing.

If you like the G21 you might like the G30 for this purpose even better. Same basic frame, just shorter, G21 mags will fit into the G30 (for your extra mags).

It's pretty easy to make the G30 disappear even with just a T-shirt, at either Appendix or 3-5 o'clock.

A lot depends on your dress and body type however.
