Correction....the Rohrbaugh 380 would be considered the Rolls-Royce of 380 pocket pistols

IMO, the Bodyguard .380 a little too big for a .380. It's virtually the same size of the Kahr PM9. The only real difference is the weight.

    Bodyguard 380
    Length: 5.25"
    Height: 4.1"
    Width: 0.75"

    Kahr PM9
    Length: 5.3"
    Height: 4.0"
    Width: 0.90"

I'm working through the break-in period on a Kahr P380 right now. It's above 600 rds and still not perfect. Has been back to Kahr for refitting. The size/weight is hard to beat, which is why I'm trying so hard with this one. Did much the same with a PM9 a few years ago, but let it go due to less than satisfactory reliability.

Am scheduled to have it gone over by Cylinder & Slide, but that's a couple months off. Every few weeks, i put another few magazines' worth, in an attempt to find a particular type of ammo that works well with it. Haven't found one yet, which tells me the chamber is still a bit too tight and/or the timing's still off a tad.

My thoughts/review on this P380 might well be bogus, but the proof is in the pudding: it is indeed having reliability issues, the jams not being a figment of my imagination.

    - My P380 was flawless for around 600+ rounds and started to have premature slide lockback with JHP around that time. I ended up sending it off to Kahr and they replaced the barrel, polished the feed ramp and replaced the slide stop spring. After that, I did not have any premature slide lockback with JHP.

Speer Gold Dot and Buffalo Bore +P work well in my P380.
