Down with the SIGness...
Well, I'd been waiting for a good deal on one of these to come along so I finally went through with it. Can't wait to get some rosewood grips on her and put copious amounts of rounds through!
The other cool thing is that it was manufactured on my birthday. :D
Crappy BB pic, more to come!

Sounds like it was meant to be, considering the birthday correlation.
Let us know how it shoots.

On your birthday, that is so cool.
I saw one of these shot in a class recently and was surprised how accurate it was considering the barrel length and general size.
Congrats and happy bd.

Well happy birthday to ya both!
I just cleaned mine this week end. I did a full take down of the slide and couldn't believe how much gunk was in the extractor channel. my suggestion to ya would be to do the same before taking it out for the it's first range trip just to be sure. I'm not sure if sig does any test firing before they pack it up and send it off to the dealers, but man mine was dirty. Congrats on a fine little 1911 micro. Now all ya need to do is add a big brother to the mix.

You guys are starting to make me want one of these. Seems like 4-5 guys around here have bought them in the last week.

I predict that it wont be long that you'll be able to get Crimson Trace grips. There will be too many on the market for CT not to tool up.

That would be a cool option, but I'm cool with the night sights as is.

"Down with the SIGness".... ooo-a-a-a-a! Nice "Disturbed" reference!
Nice shooter! Been considering one for myself. Post a range report if you can.

Those things are made really nice. My friend has the same one as the OP. Typical SIG quality and feels very nice in the hand.
