Today I picked up a used Kahr PM9 (9093NS) (Stainless w/Night Sites).
Guy in the store said a Lawyer comes in there all the time. Buys guns, then is back in within a week trading them in on something else. He bought a P9 and this PM9, like the P9 and kept it and traded the PM9 back in. I "seriously" doubt that he fired more than 50 rounds through it. In fact I'd bet he fired 25 rounds or less through it. It only one magazine (the 6 round magazine "flush with bottom of gun"). So I asked the guy about which other one comes with it, because I don't particularly care for the 7 round mag with the plastic cover. IMO that magazine looks about stupid as it can. Kahr could have designed it better. He said whichever one I wanted, so I got a 2nd short mag (6 round).
Cost? oh.. $549 before tax and background check. Like new, with box, manual, 2 short mags, probably no more than 25 rounds through. How'd I do?
I went to Walmart and picked up 200 rounds of RWS 124gr FMJ and went to my shootin' spot.
Not a single FTF or FTE. Flawless. Didn't even nose dive a round into the feed ramp when trying to chamber first round like my CW9 sometimes does. Everything chambered perfect and fired perfect.
I put all 200 rounds through it, plus 50 rounds of Walmart white box Winchester 115gr that I had. That's 250 rounds flawless.
Oh yeah baby.
Oh yeah, some people wear gloves, I just real quick before I left to head to the range, cut a bicycle inner tube and slipped on it. Took me 2 minutes.
Now I have to go clean it up for it's glamour shots!
