    New Sig back from CS

So far so good. I got my P238 back from Sig last week. I only had time to shoot 50 rounds of WWB, and I popped of 6 rounds of Win PDX as well. At least so far, my P238 was flawless. I know it's not much of a test yet, but it's way better than the two mags (10 rounds) that I was previously able to fire before the jams (FTE) started. I even rapid fired the last two mags, expecting a jam, but it ran great. I'll put another 100 rounds through it later this week. If it runs through that OK, I'll feel a bit better about it. The jury is still out, but thus far, I'm happy with it.

Lookin' good now. BTW, did Sig pay for shipping both ways?

I once had a problem fitting a Surefire X200 on my new Sig 229R. Sig paid for shipping my gun to them and return shipping for a brand new Sig 229R with five mags.

I called again and told them the fit wasn't right. They did the same thing again!

I wound up with a new 229R and 10 new mags. I just don't know how you can beat that kind of CS.

Congrats on getting your gun back, nice gun too.

Yes they did. When I first called for the MRA#, I let CS (Ray) know that I was very disappointed in having to send a brand new pistol, and my first Sig purchase, back for repair. I didn't have to ask for the UPS label, he just asked for my e-mail addy and sent it.
