I cannot speak on the Warthog but I've owned a Para LDA for a year or so. 3" barrel. Nothing but good things, that's been my experience. I think the quality issues began after they moved from Canada to North Carolina. I'm not sure that they were quick enough to address these issues and they haven't gotten rid of the black eye yet. Mine was built in NC and its been great.

    Good luck.

I asked this same question years back and most answers or suggestions were not to buy it. It seems that has changed, maybe quality has improved which is good since I like the looks and feel.

I believe the quality control problems began with the Move from Canada to N.C., and now the Company is being bought out again.
If you want one Currently (2-15) 10 rd mag's are almost non-existent. The Para-factory told me no new ones till summer of 2015. The last Para 10 rd factory mag I saw sold on E-bay about a week ago sold for $116. So you be the judge.

Yes, but apparently the customer service has deteriorated based on what I've seen on another forum. Apparently the CS in NC isn't particularly attentive to answering the phones since they found out the operation is moving to Huntsville, AL.

Well, I was kinda looking at purchasing the para-warthog myself, so the current replies were a little helpful... If anyone has anything else to add, I'll be back in 2017 to view your response.
