Aim for the Thoracic Triangle Area between the armpits and the base of throat.
1. Shot Placement: Center Mass Between the Armpits & Base of Throat
2. Heavy for Caliber Bullet Weight / Construction
3. Choice of Caliber

I like Glocks, but as you post, this is one reason the SR9 tends to get pushed to the interesting but never makes it to purchase. Firearms that get military / LE contracts get a buzz, and you never hear of an agency or department considering the SR9.Originally Posted by 147 Grain

I've got 1000+ rounds through my SR9C with no failures, including WWB, Winchester 124gr NATO, and various self defense ammo. It carries great, shoots great, and has been utterly reliable. It fits my hand better than the G26, is slimmer than the M&P9C, and is smaller than a G19.
I keep trying to think of a good reason to spend more on the M&P or the Glock.
