So today I went to the light side of the force!

    Gents,

I heard the force calling me and after years of being corrupted by the darkside I saw the light.

In all honesty, I have always wanted a nice 1911 and finally I pulled the trigger. I feel like this Kimber will be a great base for me to start off with. I seriously love the crimson trace and the camo grips and the match trigger is just plain sweet.

Should've got 2 - that way you'd have 1 to shoot while the other is in the shop.

Wow, that was harsh! Especially rude for someone who just joined this month!

Nice pistol C hawk! Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

Kimber Covert II with CT grips EXACTLY like yours was the first 1911 I've ever shot. Very nice gun. I'd love to pick up at 1911 someday. But Kimber is a bit too much $$$ for me.

Don't you get cool points taken away for having non-GLOCK pistols in your safe?

Have fun with the new pistol!

Congrats. Everybody needs at least one 1911. In fact, I feel that I'm a better person now that I own one, and my Glocks just have to deal with it.

Very nice looking gun....should be a nice piece to beat around...LOL

Seriously though, dont leave it in your safe with the Glocks unsupervised, they may rough it up a little. Make those black and blue camo grips...

I'm jealous. Glocks don't make me jealous. That 1911 does!
