I own a Sig, but am considering my next Glock purchase. Handgun sickness is not curable.

Start building AR's. The BRD will distract you from handguns, for a while, anyway.

I hate the sickness. It's like you buy a gun, trick it out, then your mind immediately starts thinking about your next gun. I'm planning to buy another gun that I already have just so I can have it in a different color!!! Argghhhh! It gets expensive too!

    The Sickness!

    Yep, I have the sickness!

I Bought a Kel-Tec P11 for CCW and was very happy with it.

Last week my wife decided she wanted to take the course and get her own carry permit, then decided to buy her own CCW weapon.

The pistol she decided on was a Ruger SP101 stainless steel .357 magnum with a 2 1//4 snubnose barrel. She shoots .38 Specials in it and LOVES it.

    The problem is ~~I DO TOO! ~ ~! Now I just GOTTA have one with a 3 1/16 !

Where and when will it all END?

Last month I saw and just had to have a 12 ga. double barrel stagecoach shotgun ((20 Inch barrels - open choke))! Got it and love it!

    IS THERE A CURE?????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????
Yeah, My old CCW 9 MM is nicknamed "Barkey"
    New CCW LCP is "Elsie"
and my 12 Ga S x S Coach gun is "Boomer"
Wife's weapon is "Miss Pearl" (SP101 .357 w/mother of pearl inserts)
We're old so we can get away with that.

    Sickness

There is only a temporary cure - scratch the itch. Took delivery on a Les Baer TRS last Monday. Bought a remdog 700 tactical the week before. I'm starting to feel a little better.

Nothing will cure it, but I found that shooting a couple thousand rounds a month and a new gun (or gun accessory) every month or two helps keep the extreme end of the obsession curbed....
Proven combat techniques may not be flashy and may require a bit more physical effort on the part of the shooter. Further, they may not win competition matches, but they will help ensure your survival in a shooting or gunfight on the street. ~Paul Howe

I find denial to be a pleasurable remedy.

What I mean is deny the sickness exists, then buy what you want.
