The only one I'm familiar with was the Obregon pistol, which they haven't produced in years.

I read somewhere those Obregon pistols were very well made and pretty collectible...very similar to a 1911.

Mendoza is Mexican made. I've seen numerous examples of their Uzi equivalent in the hands of Mexican police and private security.

Mendoza is a Gun mfg company in Puebla Mexico that puts out high quaiity pistols. Their logo is an apple. I had a fully automatic .22 the size of a LLama .22 auto when I worked down there. Same basic size & shape. It had a selector switch and was blued. It's not real uncommon, I was able to get a spare mag from Brownells. I've seen the same gun engraved and nickled. The .22 auto is the only model I've actually seen and shot.

Yes they do make guns in mexico. The mondragon rifle, the obregon pistol, mondragon heavy machine gun , fx 05 that is similar to the german g36. And they are currently working on another assault rifle
I can't remember if it is Sig or Walther that currently makes a .22 rifle in Mex. My buddy has one and it is a pretty good shooter.
Jiminez firearms is I believe in Miami.
Jimanez I believe was originally out of California but have moved to Nevada. I bought a Jimanez JA9 years and years ago. Less than 100 factory rounds through it and it exploded. Almost took half of my face with it. No customer support whatsoever. I should have known when I bought a 9mm for less than $150 but hey you live and learn. Don't buy Jimanez!!
Vermont does not issue Permit/Licenses to Carry a Concealed firearm. Vermont allows anyone
who can legally own a firearm to carry it concealed without a permit of any kind.
They are still around................

Mexico makes or made a licensed copy of the HK P7. That's pretty impressive and precise machining.
