Why do I keep going back to the J Frame.

I have quite a few carry guns that I can carry. But for some reason I keep going back to the $250 S&W Airweight J frame that I got back in the late 80's.Yes it is light and conceals well but so are alot of my other guns.I guess I just have a thing for this J Frame.Anyone else here have a thing for their J Frame or maybe another carry gun?

The J really fits my ankle and is a great BUG, I think that a great gun and the perfect fit. My P32 is so small and thin for the pocket, and every time I look through and think about changing I stick with the 1911.

I love my Colt Lawman Snubbie 357 Mag, it points perfect for me plenty accurate and powerful and would carry it every day IWB in a heartbeat if it wasn't for the 1911!

My M&P 340 is my constant companion in the summer time and rides in my coat pocket for fall and winter. I totally understand.

Because the j-frame is arguably the quintessential concealed carry revolver of all time.

    Me, too...

I also have an affinity for the S&W J frame, and have 3 of them. The airweight gets the most carry. Besides working every time, they just look good.

My Airweight Ti Model 337 is my constant companion! So light to carry and with 38 spl. loads, not a problem to shoot either.

I have a 637 and a 442 and love them both. More power than a 380, carrys well, and is only 2 rounds short of my LCP. In reality a person could carry 2 and still not be loaded down by weight.

See avatar. I don't leave home without one.

p.s. I 'acquired' my first one in 1969 in Vietnam, a 60. Had at least 2 ever since.

For me during hot summer weather nothing beats the J-frame, a great BUG also!

Me too...my S&W 442 and 49 get the nod quite often. Especially in the summer.
