I've shot a Glock with a LaserLyte and it seemed like a decent laser. I can't tell you how well it would hold up in the long run. One big benefit is that it should fit any standard holster. That being said, I wasn't a big fan of the activation method. I much prefer an instinctual activation like those found on the Crimson Trace line of products.

I don't have, but like the compact size and ability to sight through it. But I'm not into add-on gadgets, so I'll pass (for now).

I think that if you can learn to thumb a 1911 safety, you can learn to press a button.

thumbing a 1911 is the same as gripping it.... trying to turn this laser on in the heat of the moment, puts your thumb is the last place you want it if the gun needs to be fired at that time...

Looking to get one of these soon since my dealer can get me a good price. Anyone try it yet? The maker says the the slide wont kill the electronics so it MUST be true, right?
