A little help needed on a good holster.
I used to carry a Glock 27 with a blackhawk serpa holster. I just bought a Glock 30 and im using a standard fobus holster. Can anyone give me any ideas on a good but not too expensive holster for it please. OWB preferred but willing to try new things......Geeze sounds like a personal ad...haha

Are you going to carry concealed? If so the Crossbreed Supertuck is probably the most used IWB holster out there. As far as OWB and inexpensive check out the GLOCK sport/combat holster, I got one for my GLOCK 19 for about $12.00.
I hope you find what you're looking for, but you're just not my type.

Blade-tech or Galco, or Don Hume. Those are soem of the best made non custom holsters out there for thebuck. IMO.

I just bought the CID holster from Simply Rugged for my XD9. Made me happy. You might check that one out.

If it's for CC, I'm a big fan of anything by Comp-Tac. For OC, I'd say go with another Serpa.

I have a G19 and G23 that I carry in several different holsters.
IWB: Deep Comfort by the Holster Store in Fla.(Google them/fast service).
IWB: Crossbreed Supertuck
OWB: DeSantis Paddle Matrix M4 (kydex/plastic).
OWB: DeSAntis Speed Holster (Leather) on ebay for less then $50.
Shoulder Holster: Gould/Goodrich Gold Line (officeStore.com) $105.
I almost forgot. Don't forget a good belt for IWB/OWB carry. I use a dress belt with insert when wearing suit etc. (LAPolicegear.com) and my casual belt is a crossbreed belt. The crossbreed is heavy leather and offers firm platform for support of a rig. The LAPG belt with insert is used to tie down my Shoulder Rig when I am in a suit.
Good Luck, MdMIke
I like ALL of these and my Dress for the Day dictates how I carry.

Not sure how much you are wanting to spend so here is what I use. Good luck with your search.
IWB----CrossBreed Super Tuck (horse hide, combat cut), and Frontline.
OWB---Blackhawk CQC Slide with thumb break.

The absolute best OWB holster I have... http://www.fist-inc.com/holsters/holster/12.htm
The picture of the holster with the Glock in it looks like mine. Rides high and tight against the body.

I have a super tuck and yet I always fall back to my Milt Sparks VM-2. I have 4 of them and just can't get over the lack of feel when I wear them. I say lack of feel because I can't feel them when wearing which is the point. The super tuck has too much resistance upon drawing for my comfort and was wearing very quickly certain key spots where it's tight (on purpose). But it's comfort level of the VM-2 which keeps me coming back to the Milt Sparks. Both the Crossbreed and Milt Sparks are sponsors here on the board and will do you proud. And If I can help you for a bedside system, just let me know.

Everybody has an opinion so here's mine.... I carry IWB in a Tucker Silent Thunder (not the slim). Very comfortable and concealed. I have carried my PM9 for a few months and ordered one yesterday for my Commander .45. Links are in my sig and I don't have ties, just very happy with them.
