    Got my first Sig today

Well I got my first Sig today a used P239 in 9mm,it came with the box, manuals and both 8 rd magazines. I got it for $425 OTD which I thought was a great deal a like new Sig. I plan to take it to the range after work tomorrow and see how she shoots,I'll report back here as well.

Never fired a Sig, but the cop at school swears by them. They have a great reputation and a large following.
    Nice looking firearm...enjoy!

Congrats! I have been looking at that exact model for a while now. Maybe I'll linger longer at the Sig table at the next Cops West.

Good buy at 425.00. Personally I think they are a bit heavy for what you get but I'd snag one up if I found it at that price.

Agreed, great price and great pistol. One of the best shooting compacts out there - very accurate, very reliable, very well made, and very fun to shoot. Looking forward to the range report.

I have a feeling it won't be your LAST Sig.
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.
