Why won't it fit? I have a 627 Pro and use a Galco Phoenix holster (field carry, not concealed). Before I ordered it, I called Galco to make sure it would fit. I was told that "an N frame is an N Frame is an N Frame". They said as long as the barrel is the right length, it will work regardless of model number, caliber, etc.

They told me the design of the barrel and the cylinder are different from other N frames and they don't have a mold of this exact gun available yet. Made no sense to me the only thing I can think of is the cylinder is unfluted so maybe if there's grooves molded into the holster it wouldn't slide in correctly? They refunded my payment so I shot an email to Ray at LoboLeather and he's making me a nice custom leather IWB in a few weeks.
