    Smile New Sig p238

Just got back from the range after shooting my new Sig p238. After reading all the post about the many problems with the gun I was not expecting what I did. Wow, what a great little gun. 200 rounds of PMC 90 gr and not one problem. The gun was so much fun to shoot i didn't want to stop. I am not a very good shooter but this gun is accurate, it went were i put it, if I squeezed the trigger right. And there is very little recoil. I have 2 glocks a 26 and 30 and I love my glocks, this is the first Sig I have shot, and I am impressed with the workmanship of these guns. Carrying in Fl. in the summer is hard with a bigger gun with this little beauty I will never be without one. I have not been carrying because of the heat, that will not happen anymore. I am now a very happy Sig owner.

Congrats from a fellow 238 owner.

+1 on the comfort and accuracy, mine is a little tack driver too.

I told you so! Well, I probably didn't, but I would have.
Mine has been flawless, and I'm always telling folks how much fun it is to shoot.
I read the horror stories and I feel for those guys who are having problems.
    Glad yours is perfect.

Mine's on it's way back to Sig, should have it back in 4-6 weeks. Looks like I didn't wait long enough to buy one.

Thank you, and its the two tone model. I would post pics but I have no idea how to, I just use this computer to do research on stuff and to keep in touch with friends. But I really do have it. Mine have the gray grips, not crazy about them . Looking at grips now, think I am going to go with darker color, The gray got full of gun powder and its a pain to clean. Did i tell you how much I love this gun.LOL

Go with VZgrips for the 238, I have a number of their products for my 1911s and Hi Power. If it wasn't for the fact that my 238 all ready had G10 I'd be ordering the VZs.

Congrats on a great gun! At a weekend gun show in Denver, we saw the SAS P238. Now can I justify two of them?? Its a beauty!

I'm so nervous! I as well have read all the horror stories. I picked up the P238 Equinox and am trying it out tomorrow. All I have is Remington UMC to try...
It is utterly illogical to believe that passing laws to reduce gun violence will be successful when those who are commiting the gun violence do not obey the law.

Why? Clean and lube that puppy up good and then rack the slide forty or fifty times, then take it to the range and run the poop outa it. That's what I did with mine and no problems at all. These are great little pocket pistols period. Good luck to ya.
