    Picked up my Glock30sf today

    019.jpg018.jpg

Shot 190 rounds of WWB and Blazer fmj through it, both in 230g and she was lovely! Not a hitch or a stumble...just sweet.

I'll put some Federal Hydra-Shoks through it, get a holster and put it in the rotation with the G19.

Thanks for all the advise in a previous thread.

Great choice, the 30 is very accurate. I'm sure that the SF is just the same.

I also have a new Glock 30 sf and it's fast becoming my favorite. Ordered an RM Low Rider IWB Holster (I have 3 of these for other pistols; great rigs) and a Kramer belt scabbard (also have 3 of these). Depending on dress and other factors, I carry a PPK/S, a Kahr CW9, a Glock 19 and now the Glock 30 sf. That G30 is a sweet shooter!

Thanks. The G19 in the pic is my first Glock and my first edc gun. The G30sf is my second gun. It will be carried when I get a holster and run some hollow points through it.

Can you take a pic of the width of it next to the G19 for comparison? Just wondering how slim it is? Thanks.

    Congrats on the new weapon!

Great choice If you are looking for a holster I would suggest the Occidental Leather IWB Phoenix Stronghold, a little pricey but well worth it if you ask me.

Thanks for the holster suggestion Diablo. With a gun this thick, i'm going with kydex or polymer. I ordered the Glock sport combat holster for now. When I can, i'll get a Tucker silent thunder owb and maybe a Fist iwb made of ultra thin kydex.

You'll be pleased with your purchase. I just ran another 250 problems free rounds through my G30Sf yesterday and my wife ran 300 through her G19. Needless to say it was a good day. for a holster I use an AKJ Concealco. It really snugs the pistol tight against your body. It hides it well on my skinny frame. http://www.concealco.com/ Spend the extra couple bucks and get the one with the reinforced sweatshield. It really helps hold it open and doesn't add any bulk. http://www.concealco.com/miva/mercha...ry_Code=051IWB
