    Glock C models

So, I've been in the hospital since Thursday (but my baby is here so there I'm not upset at all ) and I've been looking at gun porn. I've been intrested in Glocks for a minute and I want one for me.....errrr I mean my wife. Yah, that's it...my wife...

Here is my question, do any of you own one of the C models and if so, do they shoot that much different than the regular models? Actually a full range report would be GREAT!!! Thanks guys (and gals )

Sorry, I can't give you a full range report. I can tell you that my G21 and the G21c that my range rents shoot pretty much the same. Same accuracy, same groups, same perceived recoil. I might give the "c" an edge on follow-up shots, but I have never actually timed it. All in all I don't see any real advantage to the "c" models.

    Good luck!

Reduces muzzle flip. Maybe important based on the shooter and caliber. Better off not having the "C" for CCW. Flash and flames.

Pretty much what I would tell you. Never had one myself. The 'C' models IMO were made for the competition scene. CC and competition are two different ordeals.

Again, I'm almost sure they would shoot differently than the 'regular' models. For CC alone, I've ruled them out of the mix personally. There are many options available (OEM) that will make your 'regular' or standard Glock more to your liking whatever it may be. In my opinion, the CC pistol of choice would need to be more tactical than ergonomic. Hence I'm quoting a previous reply concerning the tactical aspect of a compensated Glock pistol. I've actually seen more of the standard models used in competition than the C models. Be that as it may.
