Glock 22 with adjustable sights
I traded my son for his Glock 22 Gen 3, I doubt the gun has 200 rounds through it, it has a rear Glock adjustable sight. The first Glock with adjustable sight that I have had.
Does the adjustable sight add anything to its value?
New Glocks in our area go for $500-$525, extra for adjustable sight.
What is the used model 22 with the adjustable sight worth?
I will shoot it some and then trade it for another gun, I have a Glock 19 so I don't really need another Glock.
I am looking for a hiking and backpacking gun, I was thinking of 357 mag. 3"-4" barrel. The ballastics of the 357 mag. compared to the 40 S&W or 45ACP is about 20-25% more on with the 357 mag.

All Glock rear sights are adjustable. Unless you mean that the ones that you have are aftermarket and adjustable for windage and elevation with the screw? In any event, I doubt that it will make much of a difference in value. If you want a backpack gun, just get the Glock 31 barrel. It'll fit in your 22 and make it a .357 Sig.

It is better to have your gun and not need it, than to need it and not have it!
Still can't believe what happened on 11/06/12! Disgusted and disappointed!

Glock does, or at least did, offer a factory adjustable sight (windage and elevation). If I remember right, it only adds 20 or so to the price of a new gun. The problem is, not many people want the adjustable sight on the G22 as it is a combat pistol and not a target pistol.
