Voted for the Kel Tec P3AT although I would add a CT laser for low light and inside a building.

Same here. I got it because of its size and decent reviews originally.

LCP, LCR is passible for pocket carry, but a tad bulky.

OP miss typed the original poll. I think if we were to go page by page, the LCP is the hands down leader.
The views expressed above are the opinion of the poster and may or may not be total bunk.

gonna be the first to mention how awesome my micro de is! I have owned just about all the mouseguns at one point and say its a tie between it and my p238, the sig prolly inches out the de cause of its sweeeet nite sites and it feels and shoots like a much larger gun, I mean this thing is easily combat accurate at 25 yds, then again, ive hit shotgun shells at that distance with the de ;)

Mine has been a great weapon

I do like the fit and finish on the LCP, two years ago the LCP was on a huge back order here.

I do wish the Kel Tec did have a slide lock

Here are my experiences: I had a Taurus TCP 738 and it is really nice. The trigger on it is very nice. I traded it for a Taurus PT709 becasue at the time I wanted something larger. Later I purchased a Smith&Wesson Bodyguard 380 and that is my current EDC. Great gun. I have shot many numerous times at the range the Ruger LCP and Kahr P380 and both of these are great guns too. Any of these you will be great to purchase just as long as you remember that:

    1. These are not range guns, so accuracy is nothing like a a longer barreled weapon.
    2. These are *Get the Frak off of me* weapons.
    3. These small guns are or can be finiky with what ammo you use. Find what works for you and practice with it.

Good luck with your choice. God Bless

I can't say what the "best" one is, but I can add that we have 2 Taurus TCP 738's and both have been completely reliable on FMJ and hollowpoints. Its not too raunchy to shoot for such a small gun. I'm not a 380 fan, so I rarely carry mine, but I'm glad I have it for the times when its appropriate due to size.

Rohrbaugh 'Covert' configured by Wilson Combat. As you may imagine it isn't cheap at nearly $1.8k

I voted for the P238 because I feel it IS the best, but I have a P3AT in my pocket since it is my "gotta dress up" gun...and fits my budget

Lcp for me, but not much experience with the others. P238 is nice though
