    My Handguns - Group Photo

Well, there's nothing fancy in my collection at this point but I've got a lot of variety in size, type, and caliber to meet all of my various carry needs and methods. Also meets my varied interests in shooting. No safe queens. I've got some plinkers in the photo as well that my Dad gave me over the years. I was a died-in-the-wool revolver guy for many years and didn't dive into semis until the last couple years...just realized I'm at 50-50 with 6 of each. Here's the breakdown (from left side over):

    RIA 1911 .45
    SA XD40sc .40
    Ruger P95 9mm
    Taurus PT709 9mm
    Bersa Thunder 9 UC 9mm
Ruger Police Service Six .357 Mag
    Ruger SP101 .357 Mag
    S&W 442 .38+P
    S&W 49 .38
    H&R 922 .22lr
    Tanfoglio W. German Single Six .22lr / .22 Mag
    Tanfoglio Italian Titan .22 short

Nice collection, but you need more guns.

Thanks Ret...I still need a G23, XDm .45, and a nickel finish S&W revolver if you can be specific in your note.

The H&R 922 is probably the most unusual in the collection. The barrel length on this model that requires the removal of the cylinder to load and use of the barrel pin to push the empty rounds out is a very uncommon combination. My Dad paid $50 for it a couple years ago and gave it to me. It was the nightstand gun of the pastor that baptized me when I was a kid...he died a couple years ago at age 94. It's a good shooter. I've practiced my double action snub shooting with it quite a bit and honed it in nicely.

My rifles and shotguns probably wouldn't all fit in one pic...a lot of old stuff there (1800s, WWI, WWII). Some newer stuff too.

Nope...no eye candy, no bling, none of the popular kids in class. Just some plain jane shooters and a few redheaded step kids...for now.

You need to add some German and Austrian handguns to the family. The next purchases on your list should be a Glock, a Sig, an HK and a Walther. But you really have a nice revolver collection!!!!

Looks like you got your bases covered. Long guns in order also? .22? 12 gauge? Some type of 'assault' weapon?

I need a modern assault rifle of some sort, but here's where I'm at so far.

    Long guns:

Mossy 500 12 ga customized for HD
    Marlin Lever Action .357 Mag
    Remington pump .22 s/l/lr
    Henry Lever Action .22 Mag
Italian Mannlicher Carcano 6.5 (all original numbers matching, with original leather strap and folding bayonet)
French Mannlicher Berthier 7.5 carbine (all original numbers matching)
Numerous old 12 ga double barrel shotguns and some single shots. Some damascus barrels and some not.
Mid 1800s custom built youth model rolling breech rimfire .32 rifle. Very ornate wood and metal work.
Belgium Browning .22 short rifle that breaks down into 2 pieces
A VERY old double barrel muzzle loader 12 ga.

I'm sure that I've overlooked a couple, but you get the general idea. Need a more modern hi cap assault rifle and I'm covered.

PS. thought of another, Savage Arms 410/22 over and under (The first gun I ever owned!!!! How could I forget that one???)

Some good stuff there, BugDude I highly approve of the first 4 items on your list

If ya can't get pics of all of the long guns, at least give us one of that nifty Savage .410/22
