I'd say Crimson Trace has the best market on grip lasers now. I don't actually know of many others.
1911 - Absolutely that would be Crimson Trace.
Is there a echo in here?

Love the high quality CT Lasers! Here's a link from the manufacture on the quickest method of sighting them in.

Aim for the Thoracic Triangle Area between the armpits and the base of throat.
1. Shot Placement: Center Mass Between the Armpits & Base of Throat
2. Heavy for Caliber Bullet Weight / Construction
3. Choice of Caliber
I despise lasers, but I also will give credit where credit is due. CT builds a quality gadget; even though its still a waste of money.![]()

I'd recommend a Side Activation over the Front Strap Activation button if your hands are large enough.
I find that the side button interferes with the grip less when trying to maintain a tactical advantage by not having the laser on until you're ready to fire. Other than that, CT makes the best grip style laser that I am aware of. Surefire and Insight make good lasers to mount on your gun, along with a white-light. I'm not a big fan of lights on a gun, but I am finding that they do have their place. For concealed carry the CT Laser Grips would be the way to go, IMHO.

Not trying to start yet another "laser war," but naysayers ought to read some of the testimonials from LEOs, military operators, and civilians who have used them in real-world situations. The Lasermax website has a bunch of testimonials. They are a very interesting read...
