I am not concerned. CCI is very reliable in my experience. The beauty of the revolver is that of one fails to go bang just pull the trigger again.

I have one and have shot atleast 400 rounds now and never had any misfires, I 1st used some winchester dynapoints because its alittle cheaper, I carry mine loaded with CCI 40gr JHP's, it performed very well when i was doing some testing on what ammo to use. I read somewhere that the remington JHP's are really good for this revolver, i will try to find some and see how it goes but for now i'm carrying it with cci..

The 351PD is on my short list for the day when my formerly "strong" hand's wrist totally gives out, and can't tolerate centerfire recoil.

I have both the 351 and the 340 M&P, .38/.357. Light and highly concealable, especially in the summer months when its hot an humid here. I never feel undergunned with either. I purchased a set of 'Esmerelda' Coco Bolo grips for the M&P so the two pistols look almost identical.

So so true. The one I owned didn't like any cartridge, period. Brought it to my gunsmith and it was worse. Ended up sending it back to S&W, they were kind enough to make it right, however, it still didn't like of cartridges, I ended up trading it.

I'd love to find a really reliable 22wmr.

Looks like a keeper and a good choice. .22 Magnum is going to be fun to shoot. Maybe the GF will let you shoot it sometime.

I took it out today and put 100 rounds of 40 grain HP CCI through it. Primer strikes were very solid and accuracy at 21 feet was better than i even expected. Recoil was so tame that it felt like I was shooting a .22LR with a louder bang. This pistol is a keeper.

Try this load in the gun. This bullet literally explodes like a grenade in all the small game that I have shot with it out of a rifle.

    It causes massive entrance wounds.

Killed a fair number of woodchucks with a 4" .22 mag out to 20 yards. had them thrash a bit but stayed within 6-10 ft. of where hit. Can't say the same for a 3" .380. All ran off.
