From the product description on the site I linked to:
A&G Grip Extenders are high impact polymer collars which slip over full size Glock magazines. When full sized Glock magazines are used with mini Glocks the A&G Grip Extension fills the gap between the bottom of the gun and the base of the magazine. This useful addition helps eliminate flinching and increases comfort and accuracy giving the shooter the grip and feel of its larger counterpart. Easily installed or removed, they work equally well with any full sized magazine, 10 round or Hi-Capacity.
This product will allow you to use a G17, G22 or G31 magazine in a G19, G23 or G32 pistol, it also works on a 37 magazine to fit a 39 pistol.

Wish I would found this forum before buying the two Pearce Grip +2 mag extenders.

Don't forget to get the added strenght springs too. Without these you'll have feed issues near the last couple rounds.
They really only hold 1 extra round, and I didn't know I had to buy "added strenght" springs..I've had my G23 for over 20 years and never had a miss-fire or a stove pipe..Haven't shot it yet , but I will not be a happy camper if I get a jam with these new extenders. Being that I use this gun on the job, am not feeling all warm and fuzy about having stock springs with the new extenders after reading your post..

The + 2 floor plates are only + 2 for 9mm, in .40/.357 Sig they only allow 1 extra round. I use them with the stock springs
on G22 and G23 mags and they work just fine.
