I got my Sig P229 out of jail today!

I came into some extra $ today and decided what better way to use it than to get my new piece out of layaway!

This is my first Sig ever and I really do love the feel of this gun, and it looks awesome! There's no rattling or anything and feels really solid. It may or may not replace my G19 as my EDC, just depends how well I do with it at the range. It does point better than the Glock so I don't know. Anyway without further delay, some eye candy for you all!

I traded all of my Sigs for Glocks. I do miss them. I feel the Sig shines in 9mm. What caliber is your gun?

I love my Glocks, but my P228 is a wonder in 9mm.

P229 vs G19? That's a tough one. But, I suppose as problems go, there could be worse ones!:wink:

My P229 apparently came with a Sig Sauer LED light and Sig Sauer light mount to go on the gun. It places the light off to the side, and also came with a Blackhawk Serpa holster. I think I did pretty good for $775!

When I finally buy a 9 mm, it will probably be a Sig.
