    P380 Slide

Has anyone experienced their P380 not locking back on the last round?? It's really annoying!! Anyone else have this problem? Is it an easy fix? will it iron itself out with more rounds? Have about 100 through it and it just started. My apologies for not researching this before posting.

I didn't think the p380 was designed to lock open on an empty magazine.

The P380 is definitely supposed to lock back on the last round. Mine always does.

First, make sure you're not accidently hitting the slide release. It's very easy to do since the gun is so small. If that's not the issue, contact Kahr customer service. My guess is that they'll send you a new slide stop.

I had the same problem with mine, until I figured out (after about 100 rounds) that I needed to modify my grip. I wasn't having the problem shooting one handed, but only two handed. If your thumb is at all in contact with the slide stop, the slide will not lock open on the last round.
