It's time to go ahead and get a license and I love the pink guns. I don't want it to glow in the dark but I want it to be girly pink.
I'm searching for a custom shop; there are plenty available. You're a good man for taking care of your girl's gun!

I would think one of the benefits of having a significant other as a shooter and CCW holder is double the amount of guns you have access to...

Scratch that if you paint half of them pink. LOL!!!

Just joking you, I bet she loves it.

Now that is pink. Pretty "baby pink", but I am more partial to the raspberry pink like my LCP which is raspberry and black. I wish I could find a raspberry colored grip for my SP101. That would be the "bomb".

Duracoat is very temperamental. It needs to be mixed exactly to spec or it will not hold up. I'm sure who you sent it to did it right. I had applied Duracoat to a couple firearms of mine and one was fine and the other was not. I sprayed my outboard engine with it and it's also still bonded to this day, except for parts of the skeg that hit sand once in a while.

Ceracoat is better though in my opinion. I think it has more wiggle room for mixing. I also have guns sprayed in ceracoat and they've held up to abuse.

A gun is a gun, but a pink (or raspberry) gun is just girly sweet.

Thanks I really appreciate it, I read a lot of good reviews on Duracoat. In about a month i'm going to have my entire pistol redone.

I'm thinking lavender :) If the lady likes a pink gun go for it. What a nice thing for you to do for her.
