Nice work I'd say. Glocks are a good market for custom work. I think you did a great job.
    Couple questions.
How well does the duracoat hold up on the polymer?
What pre-prep are you using for the frame?
And the costs for a job like that in supplies and materials? Forget the grip frame work. PM me if you don't wish to post here.
Last, but not least.....why has it been so long since you've posted here?

Well, I had one of those, too. Except I put it down and now I can't find it.

    But seriously, awesome work.

Not for me, but if the customer likes it that's all that matters.

How does Duracote or Keracote affect the Glock Tenifer? I too would be curious how the Duracote holds up as compared to the factory Parkerizing.

Prep is critical. I use Brake Cleaner as a degreaser/cleaner. The gun gets disassembled and the parts to be painted lightly media blasted. I use a mix of glass bead and aluminum oxide at low pressure. Then it is just a matter of doing the coats and layers. My charge for doing a custom camo on a handgun can run from $100-$300 depending on what the customer wants done. I also do defensive and hunting rifles and they can run as much or more depending on pattern and complexity. I would rather have someone contact me and let me know what they are looking at so I can do a quote for them. I also do complete trigger and tuning work on the Glocks and all plastic guns including the M&P, XD(M) and any others. Full or partial stippling and grip reshaping. I know I have the best prices in the industry on that work. I am getting ready to do a "Cobra" skin camo job on another handgun that will be gray, black and tan. I have tried the vinyl stick on templates and have not had good luck with them. I just cut my own using tape and then go from there. I prefer to make them different than the run of the mill.
I have not posted here in a time because I have moved the shop to southern Colorado, got married and am doing some volunteer work as well. But the shop is back up and running and I am looking for new work. If you know anyone that needs some Glock or otherwise work done have them get in touch with me. I am giving some pretty good discounts right now to get some new work in. Thanks for the questions!!

That job looks painstakingly executed. If I was to drop it to the bottom of my duck blind I might not be able to find it.
