This might not even be possible.

In my never ending quest for a sister for my Baby Eagle full size .40, I found another on Gun Broker.

Price is good, and is selling it locally, so it might walk away before the Auction closes. This is like the unicorn of handguns for me. Hard to find, and don't show up all that often.

Already spoke to the guy and he would not do a "Buy It Now", or out of state phone sale. It either gets bid up and away on Gun Broker, or sold locally - which ever happens first.

Anybody local willing to buy it for me and then ship to my FFL (Then I go through the 4473...again)? As I said, this may not be possible, or legal. Hazy gray area here. I am going to try for it on GB, since the seller meets my "trust" requirements.

Thank god the wife is out of town. 3 handguns in a month. She'd kill me. Never mind I will be selling off at least one of the two most recent (FN Herstal .40 and XD .40), right away, probably both by Feb 2011.

Seems like it would be legal as long as it was shipped to another FFL. Good luck.
