Great price. You sure it's new? Does it have a U or B stamped on the trigger guard?
Maybe, if I was sure that Glaston had closed up shop.

If it is brand new. Yes.
Are they currently producing two tone K9s?
I wondered that too. I'm guessing he's looking at a polymer framed Kahr, not a K9 but maybe a P9 as that makes more sense price wise. Are they currently producing two tone K9s?
It's possible that it was a limited run Black-T slide on the K9. I have the MK9 (black slide, silver frame) and it was a special run. My serial number begins with LTDxxx.
I paid much more than that when I bought mine new back when they were first introduced. I highly recommend you do that deal.

Owning both a K40 and a CW9, my advice is no. The size is OK, it's the weight that is the problem. The .40 needs all that steel due to its snappy recoil, but the 9 does not. My polymer-framed CW9 is easier to manage than the K40. See what you can pick up a P9 or CW9 for.

Based on my experience owning a Kahr MK9, I would be interested in a K9 model at that price. The MK9 is an excellent gun, giving me 1000 trouble free rounds so far, with a very smooth trigger and good accuracy. The K9 is very slim, about 0.90 inches across the slide, and is suited to IWB belt carry. The weight of this all steel gun is not a problem in belt carry, and helps in steadying the gun when aiming and absorbing recoil.
