Go to Gun Broker.com, there is 65 of them listed. I'm not sure what the polnt of this pistol is. Also I doubt that any ranchhand ever had one.

Ergonomically speaking this makes much more sense than any cut-down clone of a Winchester Model 1892 lever-action rifle.
No. 1 Smith & Wesson Volcanic Pistol
Now, if they could come up with a rendition of the old Smith & Wesson in a modern chambering we'd have something.

I don't quite get the "pistol" reference...some technicality that I'm not aware of no doubt, but, while I enjoyed "The Rifleman" as a kid, I don't see a use for this particular firearm in my stable.
Good luck with your quest, though, oddly enough not everyone likes the things I think are cool, either.

Oh you youngsters. The gun is from Wanted Dead or Alive, starring Steve McQueen. His character, Josh Randall, carried it on his hip in a holster made with two pieces of spring steel to hold it in. Very cool then and now. My dad was a machinist and made my Mattel lever gun to look like McQueens. Course those were the days when you could play good guys and bad guys with out getting suspended from grade school.
If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.

Its classified as a pistol by the BATFE. It along with the Mossberg JIC (pistol grip shotgun with no butt stock) are pistols as far as the feds are concerned. As such they can only be transferred to a person in that persons state of residence.
